Who owns FactFiled and how it makes money.
Ownership
FactFiled is owned and published by Henry Digital Hub Marketing Management, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company also operates unrelated marketing and real-estate websites. No government, political party, campaign, union or trade association has any ownership interest in FactFiled.
Funding
FactFiled is funded by:
- Display advertising sold through Google AdSense and, as the site grows, premium advertising networks. Advertisers have no say in what we cover or how.
- Affiliate commissions on clearly labeled links. When we link to a product or service and may earn a commission, the link is marked and disclosed on the page. Affiliate arrangements never determine which notices we cover.
- Newsletter sponsorships, labeled as sponsored in every send.
- Reader memberships, when offered, for deadline alerts and data downloads.
We do not accept payment for coverage, do not publish sponsored content disguised as news, and do not sell readers' personal information. See the Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made by the editor named on the Masthead, following the Editorial Standards and the Ethics & Conflicts policy. Reviewers are paid for their time by FactFiled and have no financial interest in the companies, programs or cases they review.
