Notice of claimed infringement

If you believe material on factfiled.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at legal@factfiled.com with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
3. The address of the page on factfiled.com containing the material, and enough detail for us to locate it.
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We review notices promptly and remove or disable access to material where a valid notice is received. Our designated agent registration with the US Copyright Office is maintained by the publisher; the agent's contact details will appear here once the registration is complete.

Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

Repeat infringers

We do not host user-generated content at this time. If we add comments or submissions, accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.
