What to include, and what to expect
For a correction: the page address, the sentence or figure you believe is wrong, and the document that shows the right one. For a tip: the notice, filing or letter itself, or a link to it on the agency's or court's site; we cannot act on a screenshot of a social post without the underlying document. For a press or licensing request: the outlet, the page you want to use and how.
Corrections are acknowledged within one business day and resolved within 24 hours of confirmation. Tips are read the same day on weekdays; you will hear back only if we publish or need more. We do not answer questions about individual cases, benefits or claims, and we do not give legal, tax or financial advice by email; the official contact for each program is linked on the relevant page.
