The most serious food recalls the FDA is monitoring, taken from its weekly Enforcement Report, with the product, the reason and where it was shipped. Meat, poultry and egg product recalls from USDA are added from the FSIS list.

The Food and Drug Administration publishes every recall it monitors in a weekly Enforcement Report, classified I, II or III by the harm the product could do. The rows below are the Class I food recalls in the most recent reports, which is the class for products that could cause serious illness or death: pathogens such as Listeria and Salmonella, and undeclared allergens. Meat, poultry and egg products are recalled by USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service and appear on the FSIS list.
