Toyota recalls 2026: every NHTSA campaign

Correction, September 8, 2026. When this page was published on September 4 it listed eleven campaigns and said eleven had been filed. Twenty had. The query behind it matched Toyota-branded models and missed every Lexus campaign, along with four small Toyota ones. All twenty are now listed and the count is corrected throughout. Every vehicle safety recall in the United States is filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration under a campaign number, with the defect, the risk and the remedy in the manufacturer's own words. This page reads those records for Toyota and Lexus models of the 2024, 2025 and 2026 model years and lists every campaign filed in 2026, newest first. Lexus is included because Toyota files its recalls, usually in the same campaign as the Toyota-badged cars.

20 campaigns have been filed so far in 2026, covering about 2.1 million vehicles in total. The largest is 26V128000 of 2026-03-05, 550,007 vehicles over seats:mid/rear assembly:recliner. The models column shows the model years in that range NHTSA lists for the campaign; the summary names the full range the manufacturer reported, which often reaches back further, so a campaign listed here may also cover older cars.
